1. What information do we collect?
Through the Telegram bot, we receive your name, phone number, onboarding answers and apartment plan. On the website, we may collect UTM parameters, button interactions and limited technical information about your device and browser.
2. Why do we use it?
We use this information to process your request, contact you, prepare a floor plan option, improve the service, understand where inquiries come from and prevent abuse.
3. Files and third-party services
Uploaded plans and lead information may be stored in Google Drive and Google Sheets. Conversations continue in Telegram. With your consent, Meta Pixel may send data about visits and successful inquiries to Meta. These providers process information under their own policies.
4. Retention and protection
We keep information for as long as needed to fulfil your request, monitor service quality and meet legal obligations. We restrict access and use technical safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security for information transmitted over the internet.
