Dizy prepares conceptual apartment layout options using the plan and needs you provide. The first option may be free. Additional options, revisions and other services may be offered under a separate agreement.
2. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details, have the right to use any file you submit, and avoid including unnecessary confidential information about others. Do not damage the site, submit unlawful material or abuse the service.
3. Important technical limitation
A Dizy option is a planning concept. It is not a structural assessment, engineering design or construction-ready drawing. Before removing walls, relocating services or undertaking other technical work, consult qualified professionals and relevant authorities.
4. Results and revisions
The final solution depends on actual dimensions, structure, utilities and the information you provide. The scope of the free option and subsequent revisions is specified in the relevant service description.
5. Intellectual property
The Dizy website, brand and original materials belong to Dizy. You retain ownership of plans and materials you submit and permit us to use them as needed to fulfil your request and improve the service.
6. Liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Dizy is not liable for applying a conceptual option in construction without professional review.
